XCAB 50 is the multi-product preservation system offering a broad range of temperatures, from -30 °C to +10 °C with the largest capacity in the world for its size: up to 46 trays size 600X800 and up to 92 size 600X400.

It is ideal for those seeking top preservation quality for their pastry, chocolate, ice cream and delicatessen products guaranteed by perfect, constant temperature and humidity control inside the chamber.
